Biography

Lifeline

Laurie Legrand is a multidisciplinary artist based in Ireland since 1992.
Her work focussed on the creation of worlds and the uncanny; lies are mixed with truth, reality with mirages and distorted memories. Each piece is designed as a catalyst to allow the viewer to dream and wonder further.
She studied art in the Academie de Dessin in Toulouse, the Crawford College and UCC in Cork, and completed an M.A. in Arts from ERG in Bruxelles. Laurie’s work has been exhibited internationally since 1995.
